2. Choose Your Home: Decide between two beautiful home models—the Samantha or the Aliza—both designed with comfort, style, and your family in mind.

LOCATION

Victoria South of Alabang is located just in the outskirts of Metro Manila in the prestigious and exclusive location of Daang Reyna, Muntinlupa city right across Portofino South. It's just a stone's throw away from Alabang via Daang Hari and Daang Reyna, making places like Alabang Town Center and Filinvest Corporate City reachable within 20 minutes. 

It has easy access to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) via the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) which is the first (southbound) exit after the Metro Manila Skyway.  This means you can reach Makati and NAIA in 30 minutes or less. 

The nearest landmark is Evia Lifestyle Center just 10 minutes away. Aliza Turn Over Features and Specifications

Your actual turn over Aliza unit will be furnished with the following features and specifications when you move in. Everything that you see in our turn over model house will be included with your unit.

Total Contract Price

• The total contract price (TCP) for our lowest priced Aliza pre-selling house and lot unit starts at 13.2M. The TCP already includes VAT, notarial, bank and title transfer fees.

• Down payment is only 15% payable in 24 months for only 78k/month. Reservation Fee is only 100k, and will be deducted from your down payment.

• Discount is available for full cash payment and for full down payment.

• Prices vary per unit depending on location and lot size.

THE SAMANTHA

Samantha Turn Over Features and Specifications

Your actual turn over Samantha unit will be furnished with the following features and specifications when you move in. Everything that you see in our turn over model house will be included with your unit.

Total Contract Price

• The total contract price (TCP) for the Samantha starts at only 16.8M. The TCP already includes VAT, notarial, bank and title transfer fees.

• Down payment is only 15% payable in 24 months for only 101k/month. Reservation Fee is only 100k and is deducted from your down payment.

• Discount is available for full cash payment and for full down payment.

• Prices vary per unit depending on location and lot size.

Construction and Turn Over

Construction and turn over of your pre-selling Aliza or Samantha house and lot unit will only take 12 months. For example, if you pay the down payment in full today, construction of your unit will commence right away and turn over will be after 12 months.

If you choose to pay your down payment for 24 months, construction of your unit will begin on the 13th month and turn over will be after the 24th month. 

Bank Financing

If you're not familiar with how to go about applying for your bank home loan, don't worry we've got you. We'd be happy to assist you with your bank loan at no extra cost to you. We'll guide you with every aspect and every step of the process.

Victoria South of Alabang is bank accredited. That means no appraisal fees, no processing fees, lower rates, and the TCP will be the basis of your home loan. With our help, your bank loan process will be the least of your worries.

Our model houses at Victoria South of Alabang are open for viewing everyday by appointment, even on Saturdays and Sundays! We just need 1-day prior notice of our visit.

We’ll be giving you a tour of either our pre-selling Samantha or Aliza model houses depending on which house model you would like to see, and then we'll proceed to the actual sites so you can choose from one of our available units or lot locations.
