The Ariana turn over unit will be move-in ready. Construction and turn over of your Ariana unit will only take 6 months! For example, if you pay the down payment in full today, construction of your unit will commence right away and your unit's turn-over will be after 6 months.
If you choose to pay your monthly down payment for 24 months, construction of your unit will begin on the 18th month and turn-over will be after the 24th month.
